ABSTRACT
The activity of nitroso urea, aziridines and alkylating agents as antineoplastics is limited because of their side effects despite their efficiency. To overcome these limits, the study proposed the synthesis of glycosyl N-hydroxyaziridines and hydroxyurea analogues of amino acids. Derivatives of the type [1, 2 and 3] have been synthesized. The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed on the basis of their IR, 1H-NMR, MS, EPR and CD spectra
